Who Am I
Mr. Swiney is an accomplished trainer and national housing professional of over 42 years and is highly rated for his superior ability to communicate effectively with all audiences. He has trained more than 30,000 professionals and is considered highly entertaining and informative.
Since 1997, Mr. Swiney’s has lead the nation in HUD Section 3 compliance services, training and advocacy. He has provided technical assistance training to 92% of the nation’s state housing and community development associations representing all types of Section 3 recipients including city, county, state, and public housing recipients. He has owned three asset and property management companies and as a forensic executive, he has created, reorganized, and stabilized multiple portfolios for public and private owners.
